Sterling Integrator Consultant (Package Consultant 2)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Sterling Integrator Consultant to join its Enterprise Application Integration Services (EAIS) team. The role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting ERP integration solutions using Sterling Integrator and related technologies, helping clients modernize their business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders and validate specifications against business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Assist in solution architecture design by customizing ERP modules and features based on detailed requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews, and maintain a stable, compliant codebase.
• Configure interfaces, execute ETL processes, and ensure consistent data flow between ERP and other systems.
• Assess ERP performance, identify enhancement opportunities, and ensure customizations meet security and regulatory standards.
• Create comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training for effective knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end ERP package customization and implementation.
• Skill in translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Passion for design and hands‑on coding experience.
