About the role

Infosys Financial Services is seeking a Starburst Developer to join its digital transformation team in Charlotte. You will work on AI‑driven, cloud‑based data solutions for banking, wealth management and insurance clients, helping them accelerate growth and improve operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Document and contribute to business requirements during elicitation.
• Facilitate design discussions and capture architectural decisions.
• Develop, integrate and maintain new features in existing applications.
• Perform code reviews, manage code repositories and ensure system stability.
• Define and execute test strategies, analyse results and coordinate bug fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records of code changes, testing techniques and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
