Staff Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

As a Staff Infrastructure Engineer you will own the technical direction and architecture of critical infrastructure that underpins the SentiLink platform. You will work closely with engineering, data science, SRE, and security teams to build scalable, reliable, and secure systems that accelerate developer velocity.

Key responsibilities

• Own technical direction and architecture of critical infrastructure domains, establishing scalable patterns and standards.
• Lead multi‑team infrastructure initiatives from design through production, including migration and operation.
• Design and evolve AWS and Kubernetes environments that enable reliable, high‑scale deployments.
• Establish Terraform best practices, reusable IaC patterns, testing, and drift prevention.
• Architect CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and platform capabilities to boost engineering velocity.
• Drive observability, monitoring, alerting, SLOs, and incident response across the platform.

Required profile

• 8+ years of software, infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE experience with technical leadership.
• Deep experience designing, operating, and scaling production infrastructure on AWS.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with Kubernetes in production.
• Proven expertise with Terraform and infrastructure‑as‑code patterns.
• Strong SRE background including monitoring, alerting, and reliability engineering.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/Aurora performance, scaling, and troubleshooting.
