About the role
We are looking for a Staff Electrical Hardware Technical Program Manager to lead the design, development, release and validation of vehicle control ECUs within our joint venture. The role will act as the voice of the Electrical Hardware team across the organization and ensure successful delivery of program milestones.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with the Electrical Hardware Design team to create engineering and delivery schedules and track progress against vehicle deliverable timelines.
- Drive custom module development, including in‑house PCBA designs and mechanical assemblies.
- Identify programmatic risks, mitigate exposure, and remove roadblocks to meet timing targets.
- Collaborate with vehicle line, software, electrical and other teams to synchronize critical‑path deliveries.
- Lead ECU development and integration through design reviews and support pre‑production builds for vehicle launch.
- Coordinate with suppliers and supply‑chain partners to ensure timely delivery of components and prototype assemblies.
- Work with Vehicle Integration and Electrical Systems to ensure successful integration of electronic assemblies.
- Push and support the release of engineering documentation to support PLM processes.
- Assist purchasing efforts and manage project budgets, forecasts, and risk registers.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 + years of experience on a program team or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence without direct authority.
