Sr. Turf Sales Rep - California (Southern CA) - Field

About the role

BASF Agricultural Solutions is seeking a Senior Turf Sales Representative to drive growth of its turf‑grass portfolio across Southern California. The role supports customers in California, Hawaii, Utah and Nevada and requires the candidate to reside within Southern California.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for the turf market.
• Promote BASF’s innovative turf‑grass products and solutions to end‑users and distribution partners.
• Manage a defined sales territory, building long‑term relationships with key customers.
• Execute field tactical activities, including product demonstrations, training sessions and marketing programs.
• Collaborate with the distribution network to expand product reach and increase sales.
• Report opportunities and market insights through monthly strategic reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Significant experience in the agronomic or turf‑grass industry.
• Proven track record of meeting sales objectives.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and live in Southern California.
