Sr Product Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Sr Product Marketing Manager for Filtration at Bosch Automotive Aftermarket, you will drive growth by shaping go‑to‑market strategies, analysing market dynamics and launching new products. The role combines strategic analysis with cross‑functional execution in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute go‑to‑market strategies as the product market expert to meet growth targets.
• Analyse channels, customers and competitors to build business strategies and value propositions.
• Identify growth opportunities by monitoring the competitive landscape and market trends.
• Model P&L scenarios for new business, product launches and existing portfolio to achieve profitability goals.
• Align stakeholders, present analyses and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead cross‑functional teams (Sales, Controlling, Demand Planning, Communications, Category Management) to launch customers and products on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain channel pricing strategies, including good/better/best positioning, to meet margin requirements.
• Support trade‑marketing initiatives, promotions, marketing materials and sales‑growth campaigns.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in product marketing, preferably within the automotive or industrial sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate market data into actionable strategies.
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights and recommendations.
