Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Operations

About the role

This senior position leads end‑to‑end supply chain execution in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment. You will oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and hardware configuration while partnering closely with planning, IT, procurement, finance, and services teams to drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse and hardware configuration activities, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and quality assurance.
• Manage, coach, and develop cross‑functional supply chain teams, set performance goals, and support career growth.
• Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Services, IT, Finance and other stakeholders to align execution with business needs and deployment schedules.
• Serve as primary escalation point for warehouse, fulfillment, and configuration issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Oversee vendor and supplier relationships, manage performance, and handle contractual escalations.
• Analyze KPIs and operational data to identify trends and implement efficiency, cost, and accuracy improvements.
• Lead risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
• Partner with IT to enhance ERP systems (including Microsoft Dynamics 365) and reporting dashboards for better visibility.
• Prepare and present performance updates, supplier strategies, and business cases to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain, logistics or operations experience, with 3‑5 years in a management role.
• Strong background in warehouse operations, inventory management and fulfillment processes.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing cross‑functional teams.
• Solid understanding of supply chain systems, vendor management and contract governance.
