Junior Supply Chain Associate (12‑Month)

About the role

This 12‑month position supports global supply planning for L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty’s portfolio of dermo‑cosmetic brands. You will work closely with manufacturing, marketing and regional teams to balance supply and demand across multiple product categories.

Key responsibilities

• Manage global supply‑demand balancing for a set of product categories.
• Coordinate product flow and information exchange, handling exceptions and communicating with affiliates.
• Maintain the global catalogue, oversee end‑of‑life planning for discontinued items.
• Ensure quality of demand‑release planning (DRP) and net requirements for manufacturing.
• Set and monitor global inventory parameters for managed stock positions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Supply Chain to confirm supply plans and facilitate trade‑off decisions.
• Allocate excess‑and‑obsolete (E&O) inventory across markets as needed.
• Serve as the single point of contact for marketing on demand‑supply arbitration, new product launches and coordination.
• Drive agility initiatives in partnership with manufacturing, development and sourcing teams.

Required profile

• Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (within 12 months) in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 1‑4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to build relationships at all organization levels.
• Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail and capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Results‑oriented mindset with sound judgment and decision‑making skills.
