Sr. Manager, Social Media Operations

About the role

PragerU is looking for a senior leader to own the day‑to‑day execution and quality control of its social media presence. The role ensures that content across Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook, TikTok, Rumble, podcasts and emerging platforms is published accurately, consistently and at the highest standard while driving operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee posting and approval processes across all social channels, ensuring alignment with mission, brand voice and platform best practices.
• Serve as the final quality‑control checkpoint before any content goes live.
• Manage daily workflows, publishing schedules and team priorities, tracking deliverables and meeting deadlines.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, develop and maintain documentation, standards and best‑practice guides.
• Analyze performance metrics, report trends and work with design, content, email and ads teams to optimize execution.
• Support implementation of new tools and scalable processes, anticipating risks and communicating solutions proactively.

Required profile

• 6‑8+ years in social media, digital marketing or content operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality output.
• Strong project‑management and organizational leadership abilities.
• Proactive communicator who drives accountability and keeps projects moving.
• Analytical problem‑solver with a track record of building systems and processes at scale.
