Sr. GTM Recruiter

About the role

Console is building AI agents that power autonomous enterprises. As the first go‑to‑market (GTM) recruiting hire, you will design and own the playbook for attracting and closing GTM talent across sales, marketing, growth, partnerships and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Run full‑cycle recruiting for GTM positions, managing pipelines from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring criteria and maintain a high bar for every role.
• Source, engage, and close candidates, ensuring a fast and respectful candidate experience.
• Collaborate with the founding recruiter and GTM leaders to refine interview loops and evaluation frameworks.
• Represent Console’s culture in every candidate touchpoint, emphasizing speed, thoughtfulness, and respect for time.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, primarily in GTM disciplines such as sales, marketing, growth or operations.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates in a fast‑moving market.
• Experience improving interview processes and building recruiting best practices.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and creating processes without a pre‑existing playbook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
