Sr. Director, Business Relationship Manager

About the role

The Sr. Director, Business Relationship Manager serves as the primary bridge between IT and the broader business, ensuring technology initiatives align with strategic goals and deliver measurable value. This transformational position will shape and mature a newly established business relationship function into a strategic advisory partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between business units and IT, translating business needs into technology initiatives.
• Develop and own product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for key IT offerings, managing the full product lifecycle.
• Support portfolio and demand management by establishing processes to prioritize requirements and track investment performance.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and providing regular updates on roadmaps and project outcomes.
• Identify and champion innovation opportunities, fostering continuous improvement across the organization.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in IT business partnership or relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, manage lifecycles, and influence organizational priorities.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of driving transformational change.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
