Spring 2027 Logistics Co‑Op (On‑site)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated logistics co‑op to join Bosch’s Charleston manufacturing plant for the Spring 2027 term. The role offers hands‑on experience in supply‑chain planning, production control and continuous‑improvement projects within a high‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Update process documentation such as operator instructions, guides and forms.
• Conduct process and gauge capability studies and analyse OEE and line utilisation.
• Support engineers in troubleshooting problem areas and participate in root‑cause analysis.
• Perform PFMEA updates, SPC overviews and assist with change‑management projects.
• Carry out asset, capacity and capital‑planning studies and support product release activities (sample builds, PPAP).
• Develop and present improvement proposals based on data‑driven analysis.

Required profile

• Pursuing a four‑year degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Packaging or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong interest in manufacturing excellence and logistics optimisation.
• Excellent teamwork, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
