Sportsbook Trader

About the role

We are looking for a Sportsbook Trader to join Hard Rock Digital’s trading team. The role involves managing content, pricing and risk for the sportsbook, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor pre‑match and live sports events across major U.S. leagues.
• Analyse market movements and betting trends to set and adjust prices.
• Apply risk‑management strategies to optimise profitability.
• Ensure all trading activity complies with regulatory and internal risk standards.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of sportsbook operations and betting mechanics.
• Experience working in a trading room or similar fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to interpret and act on quantitative information.
• Passion for U.S. sports (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAAF/NCAAB) and awareness of current betting trends.
