Specialist Supplemental Workforce

About the role

Human Resources at Nestlé Purina is seeking a Specialist Supplemental Workforce to support people leaders in developing and executing supplemental labor strategies. The role serves as a subject‑matter expert for external workforce engagement, administration, compliance, recruitment and utilization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full life‑cycle recruitment strategies for external workforce, including supplier relations and proactive recruitment.
• Partner with Procurement to drive quality, cost savings and supplier relations.
• Execute HR functions for external workforce such as wages, data changes, separations, contract extensions and hires.
• Maintain day‑to‑day relationships with external workforce suppliers and hold vendors accountable.
• Support leaders with performance issues and agency escalations.
• Screen contingent worker candidates and communicate pending end dates to line managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in HR, contingent staffing or sourcing.

Required skills

• Experience with a vendor management solution such as Fieldglass.

• Salary range $63,611.10 – $90,751.00 per year.
