About the role

As the first point of contact for clients and visitors at a fast‑growing immigration law firm, you will manage a high volume of calls and walk‑ins, process payments, and support daily office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish.
• Greet and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
• Schedule and confirm client appointments, managing a busy office calendar.
• Process and record client payments accurately and provide receipts.
• Respond to client inquiries and route messages to the appropriate attorney or staff member.
• Maintain accurate client contact information and perform basic data entry.
• Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to relay client communications and support workflow.
• Handle administrative and clerical tasks as needed to support firm operations.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to manage high call and walk‑in volumes.
• Accuracy in processing payments and handling receipts.
• Basic data‑entry capability.
• Willingness to relocate to West New York, NJ before starting work.
