Solution Consultant – Safety

About the role

As a Solution Consultant, you are the primary bridge between complex pharmacovigilance challenges and Veeva’s industry‑leading cloud solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor to innovative Life Sciences companies, you will help Safety/Pharmacovigilance teams move from fragmented legacy systems to a unified Vault Safety platform.

Key responsibilities

• Uncover specific business challenges and craft solutions that demonstrate how Vault Safety streamlines end‑to‑end pharmacovigilance processes.
• Deliver compelling, tailored presentations and demos that highlight the tangible benefits of the Vault Safety platform.
• Identify opportunities where Veeva solutions can replace manual processes and drive innovation for customers.
• Build deep, credible relationships with pharmacovigilance stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate closely with Account Partners, Strategists, and cross‑functional teams to ensure customer success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in the Life Sciences industry.
• Familiarity with end‑to‑end pharmacovigilance processes and lifecycles (case processing, PSMF, PVAs, RMPs, safety signal detection, validation, and management).
• Technical curiosity and understanding of cloud/SaaS technology.
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑first environment.
• Self‑starter able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, primarily in North America.
