Solution Architect (US)

About the role

We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead the technical design of client engagements at Lynx Analytics. The role focuses on defining data models, system architecture and integration patterns, and delivering hands‑on prototypes that de‑risk solutions before full‑scale implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end solution architecture for engagements, translating designs into actionable plans for delivery teams.
• Conduct technical discovery with clients, assess existing systems and present architectural options and trade‑offs.
• Define reusable standards, reference architectures and patterns across projects.
• Review and guide delivery‑team designs to ensure alignment with the intended architecture.
• Build prototypes, proofs of concept and early pipeline or application components to validate feasibility.
• Partner with data and software engineers to resolve ambiguous technical challenges and hand off proven solutions.
• Establish early testing, monitoring and evaluation frameworks for downstream teams.
• Contribute to internal tooling, accelerators and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5‑8+ years of experience in data engineering and software engineering, progressing into solution or systems architecture.
• Proven track record designing production‑grade data models, system architectures and integration patterns.
• Ability to communicate architectural decisions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
