Software QA Engineer

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a Software QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of its advanced semiconductor equipment software. You will work on moderately complex products, applying systematic testing to maintain high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Debug moderately complex software products using systematic tests.
• Develop, modify, and execute software test plans under general supervision.
• Maintain documentation of test results to aid debugging and software modification.
• Analyze test results, ensure existing functionality, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with development engineers to resolve problems and provide feedback on technical appraisals.
