Software Engineer

About the role

FRAGMENT is seeking a Software Engineer who can own the full lifecycle of feature development, from user research through design, implementation, documentation, and customer onboarding. You will work across the stack to create delightful product experiences and help shape a growing engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end feature development, including user research, API/UI/UX design, implementation, documentation, support, and onboarding.
• Design and build product experiences across front‑end, back‑end, and infrastructure systems.
• Assess, hire, and mentor future team members.

Required profile

• Comfortable working across the full technology stack.
• Deep expertise in at least one area: UI/UX, backend, or infrastructure.
• Eager to engage directly with customers.
