Software Engineer 2 - Mobile Developer (iOS & Android)

About the role

U.S. Bank, through its subsidiary Elavon, is looking for a Software Engineer 2 to design, develop, test, and maintain high‑quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. The role involves creating secure, scalable, and reliable mobile experiences that integrate with backend services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain mobile products across iOS and Android.
• Write production‑ready, testable code and own the full stack of the mobile solution.
• Apply architectural best practices to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Analyze failures, propose design improvements, and drive operational enhancements.
• Participate in and conduct code reviews, adhering to compliance and security standards.

• Experience with Agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
