About the role

Infosys is looking for a Software Asset Management Specialist to join its Cloud unit in Hartford, CT. The role focuses on managing software assets, licences and metering across enterprise environments, supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Document business requirements and contribute to the elicitation process.
• Facilitate software design discussions and capture design decisions.
• Develop, code and integrate new features while maintaining system stability.
• Perform code reviews, manage code repositories and implement test strategies.
• Analyse test results, coordinate bug fixes and ensure software quality standards.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques and support activities.

Required profile

• Experience with software asset management processes and tools.
• Familiarity with IT service management and licence administration.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.
