About the role

Cr3ativeGrowth, a Miami‑based creative agency, is seeking a bilingual Social Media Manager to shape and execute content strategies for a portfolio of U.S. product and service brands. The ideal candidate lives online, breathes storytelling, and can translate cultural insights into high‑performing social campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand‑specific content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Research, plan, and oversee monthly content calendars and storytelling pillars.
• Write and edit compelling captions, hooks, and scripts in both English and Spanish.
• Brief designers, editors, and other creatives to bring concepts to life.
• Monitor analytics, extract insights, and adjust tactics to improve performance.
• Maintain brand consistency in voice, visuals, and positioning.
• Stay ahead of trends, memes, and cultural moments, deciding when they fit brand narratives.
• Manage multiple client accounts and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1‑C2) and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn algorithms.
• Proven experience managing social media for corporate or product‑focused brands.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling ability.
• Cultural fluency with the U.S. market, including trends, tone, humor, and references.
• Experience collaborating with designers, video editors, and content creators.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple brands and deadlines.
