Social Media & Events Manager (Remote)

About the role

Paired is seeking a Social Media & Events Manager to own and scale its organic social presence while bringing the brand to life through events and experiential activations. This remote role combines content creation, community building, and event execution to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth for an early‑stage startup.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an organic social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms.
• Define platform‑specific brand voice, create content pillars, and stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes and new formats.
• Own the end‑to‑end short‑form content process: ideation, scripting, filming, editing, publishing and optimization.
• Build and maintain a content calendar that balances education, product storytelling, lifestyle content, creator collaborations and community engagement.
• Track and improve organic social performance metrics such as audience growth, engagement, reach and content ROI.
• Plan, coordinate and execute trade shows, community events, influencer gatherings, product launches and brand experiences.
• Ensure every event amplifies the brand story both online and offline, generating shareable content and memorable customer interactions.
