Social Media Coordinator (Hybrid, Brooklyn)

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to bring quip’s voice to life across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Facebook. Working closely with the Social & Creator Marketing Manager, you will manage the day‑to‑day social calendar, create content, engage the community and support creator initiatives from a hybrid office in Brooklyn.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the social media content calendar: schedule posts, write captions and ensure timely publishing.
• Assist with filming, editing and posting short‑form video content.
• Track weekly performance metrics, compile reports and highlight trends for the manager.
• Stay current on platform trends, sounds, formats and cultural moments, and propose new ideas.
• Support influencer outreach, product gifting, creator seeding and affiliate initiatives.
• Coordinate with Creative, Brand and Product teams on launches, retail campaigns and events to deliver assets on schedule.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in social media, content creation or influencer marketing (including internships or freelance work).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube audiences and best practices.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and producing social‑first content.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using native analytics tools.

What we offer

• Base salary $60 k–$70 k per year.
