Social Media Community Manager

About the role

Suno is looking for a Social Media Community Manager to be the voice of the brand across its social platforms. You will engage daily with fans, creators, and the broader community, shaping the tone and energy that turn casual listeners into passionate advocates.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day community engagement on TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, Reddit and emerging platforms, responding to comments, DMs and mentions in Suno’s distinctive voice.
• Build genuine relationships with creators and superfans, celebrating their work and amplifying their songs.
• Spot cultural moments, memes and trends in real time and collaborate with the social team to create timely content.
• Translate community signals into insights that inform content, product and brand strategy.
• Defuse tense conversations and turn random comments into opportunities for broader engagement.

Required profile

• A genuine love for the internet and a knack for spotting memes before they peak.
• Excellent written communication that feels human, witty and on‑brand.
• Comfortable navigating fast‑paced, real‑time community work across multiple platforms.
• Ability to celebrate creator moments, manage conflict and spark inclusive conversations.
