Social Media & Community Analyst (B2B Tech)

About the role

Truelogic is seeking a Social Media & Community Analyst to shape and expand its digital presence within the US B2B technology market. You will work closely with the Growth Marketing team and the CEO to craft compelling content, engage the community, and support digital marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Truelogic’s and the CEO’s social media accounts across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and Twitch.
• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business objectives, adapting tone for each channel.
• Monitor, respond to, and foster conversations within the B2B tech ecosystem, handling comments, messages, and mentions.
• Create copy that translates technical concepts into clear, engaging B2B content and support visual/multimedia production.
• Track social media metrics, generate performance reports, and recommend optimizations.
• Assist with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CMS tasks, including list management, workflow setup, email campaigns, and reporting dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio).

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media and community management, preferably in B2B tech or the US market.
• Demonstrated ability to grow social media presence and engage professional audiences.
• Strong analytical mindset for monitoring performance and driving improvements.
