Social Creative Lead, Executive Communications

About the role

Meta is looking for a Social Creative Lead to join the Executive Communications team. The role will shape the creative vision and social content strategy for a C‑suite executive, delivering high‑impact storytelling that highlights Meta’s products and keeps the executive voice at the forefront of technology and cultural conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the creative strategy for executive storytelling across social platforms, product announcements, keynote moments and cultural trends.
• Generate original concepts and maintain a pipeline of ideas that drive engagement and shareability.
• Develop recurring content franchises and editorial programming that build authentic executive voices.
• Partner with product teams to translate emerging technologies into compelling, human‑focused stories.
• Help shape the creative direction for Meta Connect, including keynote storytelling, product demos, livestream experiences and creator collaborations.
• Provide constructive feedback, share best practices and champion ambitious ideas across the team.

Required profile

• Proven track record of creating original, high‑engagement social content.
• Deep understanding of technology, internet culture and storytelling.
• Comfortable pitching new content franchises, shaping keynote visions and executing social campaigns.
• Continuous learner with strong product fluency and ability to translate technical innovations into accessible narratives.
