Social & Content Manager

About the role

Radiant is seeking a Social & Content Manager to own daily content creation across its social channels, executive accounts, and visual communications. You will craft punchy copy, design clean graphics, and build presentation decks that translate complex nuclear micro‑reactor technology into accessible stories.

Key responsibilities

• Write and publish daily social posts for the Radiant brand and 3‑4 executive accounts, maintaining distinct voices while ensuring brand consistency.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and keep the community active.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
• Create slides, decks, and presentation materials for leadership, investors, and events.
• Design graphics for social posts, announcements, website, and internal communications using Radiant’s visual brand guidelines.
• Maintain and evolve the visual brand across all touch points and coordinate the content calendar.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or brand communications.
• Proven portfolio that includes social posts, graphics, slides, and short‑form video.
• Ability to write clear, punchy copy and adapt tone for multiple executives.
• Comfort working quickly with competing priorities and translating complex concepts into simple messages.
