Snowsports Supervisor

About the role

This Snowsports Supervisor is responsible for leading the daily operations of the Snowsports School, supporting instructors, and delivering safe, fun, and memorable experiences for young guests. The role focuses on lesson quality, guest satisfaction, instructor development, and program organization while ensuring the unique needs of children are met at the highest level.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations of the Children’s Lesson program, including class organization, group assignments, and scheduling adjustments.
• Support and mentor instructors through training, feedback, and on‑snow coaching.
• Coordinate with Food and Beverage regarding daily lunch counts and supply orders.
• Maintain safe environments for lessons, including supervision in base area, lifts, and on‑mountain settings.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, timekeeping, and operational improvements in collaboration with the Snowsports Manager.

Required profile

• PSIA/AASI Level 1 Certification (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a snowsports school and supervising outdoor recreation.
• High level of skiing or snowboarding proficiency (advanced to expert).
• Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years old.

• Workday or other payroll software.
