Small Business Relationship Manager

About the role

Join Nexis® Solutions, part of LexisNexis and the RELX family, to help small‑business customers maximize the value of market‑leading data solutions. You will protect and grow revenue within an assigned portfolio by building trusted relationships and delivering strategic outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed yearly sales targets and weekly activity objectives.
• Develop strategic account plans to promote growth, reduce cancellations, and add services.
• Create risk, retention and penetration strategies using tools such as Salesforce, Gong and Tableau.
• Manage resources across technical support, marketing and pricing to secure business.
• Build relationships with high‑level decision makers through appointments, consulting sessions and presentations.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience with complex products or solutions.
• Strong strategic account planning and penetration skills.
• Experience working in a matrixed corporate environment.
• Documented history of sales over‑achievement.
