Site Inventory Lead

About the role

The Site Inventory Lead manages inventory processes, coordinates off‑site warehouse materials, and supports project operations. This role ensures accurate tracking of materials from receipt through distribution and contributes to site safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor site materials inventory from receipt to distribution among installation and commissioning teams.
• Partner with Installation and Commissioning Teams to ensure timely allocation of material inventory.
• Support project reporting by identifying shortages and surpluses based on installation material requirements.
• Engage with the Project Material Manager to align material receipt with forecasted delivery dates.
• Record inventory receipts, stow‑away, picking/staging, transportation, and issuance in the Dematic Materials Management Tool.

Required profile

• Strong communication abilities and persuasive leadership without formal authority.
• Proven credibility with a wide variety of leaders.
• Self‑motivation and a desire to make a positive impact on the team.
• Experience developing and maintaining effective operating/execution cadence reporting.
• Team‑building skills to improve interaction and efficiency.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong PC proficiency.
• Willingness to travel 100% of the time to different site locations.
• Mandatory forklift experience.
