Shop Service Technician

About the role

The Shop Service Technician performs preventative and routine repairs on DEUTZ and non‑DEUTZ products at the DEUTZ Power Center Facility. The role involves direct interaction with customers, parts specialists, and the service supervisor, requiring a safety‑focused, problem‑solving mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Execute maintenance‑related repairs safely and effectively.
• Assist in resolving customer issues promptly.
• Coordinate with the Sales & Operations Manager to keep the facility clean and presentable.
• Plan repair methods, sequence tasks, and pre‑order required parts and materials.
• Complete repairs to required cosmetic standards and return unused parts per guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and document all work orders and timesheets on time.
• Support warranty claim filing and customer invoicing.
• Follow all DEUTZ policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain DOT medical card status.
