About the role
The Shift Manager supports the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in running a fast‑casual restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction, profit maximization, and high‑performing teams. The role involves hands‑on supervision of all station staff and daily operational duties.
Required profile
- 1+ year fast‑casual restaurant management experience
- Qualifying Certificate in Food Protection (NYC food handlers certificate)
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work up to 10‑hour shifts
- Comfortable working in a noisy, fast‑paced kitchen environment
Required skills
- Use of a basic computer system (e.g., cash register)
