About the role
The Shift Manager leads daily restaurant operations, ensuring each guest receives fast, accurate, and friendly service. You will oversee crew performance, maintain quality standards, and support a safe, clean, and profitable environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and organize each shift’s schedule and staffing.
- Monitor service, food quality, and cleanliness to meet brand standards.
- Manage inventory, food safety, and daily maintenance tasks.
- Ensure safety, security, and profitability during the shift.
- Communicate hand‑over information to the next Shift Manager.
- Train and coach crew members and assist with scheduling.
Required profile
- Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
