Shift Manager Closing & Weekend Shifts Up to $19

About the role

As a Shift Lead at Taco Bell, you will drive the team during closing and weekend shifts, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction. You will resolve issues, coach team members, and partner with management on business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the MIC Success Routine to maintain consistent customer satisfaction.
• Oversee shift excellence tasks, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and provide feedback to the GM.
• Train and coach team members, handle conflicts, and assist with hiring.
• Support profit & loss management through cash control, inventory, and labor oversight.
• Ensure proper product preparation, rotation, and health & safety compliance.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of restaurant/retail experience (3 months shift lead preferred).
• Minimum age of 18 with reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lb and perform cash register duties.
• Attendance, punctuality, and adherence to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
