Shared Services Intern – Technology & Access Management

About the role

The Shared Services Group within Supervision & Regulation, Credit Risk, and Statistics is looking for an intern to support technology solutions and access management. You will work onsite in Cleveland, gaining hands‑on experience with security, audit, and data processes while contributing to real projects.

Key responsibilities

• Apply security and audit access requirements, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
• Perform periodic access reviews, validate user permissions, and escalate discrepancies.
• Provision, modify, and de‑provision user access promptly to support operations.
• Document access management processes and maintain records for audit readiness.
• Support investigation and resolution of access‑related issues across teams.
• Develop system requirements and use cases, participate in testing, and ensure solutions meet business needs.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in IT, Business, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• At least one semester remaining before graduation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access (or similar data‑access tools).
• Solid computer/technical aptitude.
