ServiceNow Developer

About the role

Saronic Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to own the end‑to‑end delivery of platform solutions. You will focus on process efficiency, data integrity, and user adoption while managing the full lifecycle of ServiceNow modules.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and administer the ServiceNow platform, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
• Create and maintain Flow Designer flows, subflows, and actions to automate IT and business processes.
• Manage Update Sets and promote changes across Development, Test, and Production environments.
• Design and deploy IntegrationHub spokes and build REST/SOAP integrations with internal and third‑party systems.
• Configure and mature Change Management, CMDB, Discovery, MID Server, Service Mapping, and Hardware Asset Management modules.
• Build and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and portal customizations.
• Provide Tier 3 support and act as the escalation point for platform incidents.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and how they map to ServiceNow.
• Ability to work collaboratively with IT leadership and process owners.

• JavaScript and Glide APIs for server‑side and client‑side scripting.
• Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and IntegrationHub.

• ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB, MID Server, Service Mapping).
• Hardware Asset Management / IT Asset Management configuration.
• ITIL framework.
