Service Technician – Volare

About the role

The Service Technician – Volare is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of Greystar’s residential properties in Las Vegas. You will ensure that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks to keep building systems operating efficiently.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors and ordering necessary supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and communicate status updates to supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in building or facility maintenance, preferably in a residential setting.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints and technical manuals.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
