Service Technician – Summerwell Peoria Place

About the role

We are looking for a Service Technician to join our Summerwell Peoria Place property team. The role involves performing technical and mechanical tasks that keep the building, grounds, amenities and common areas safe, clean and fully functional.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete assigned work orders, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Carry out preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment to reduce future failures.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure all documentation meets Greystar standards.

Required profile

• Experience performing technical or mechanical work in a residential property setting.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, inspection reports and maintenance documentation.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and building codes relevant to maintenance activities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
