Independent Window Installer (1099)

About the role

Renuity is seeking experienced, self‑motivated window installers to join its Mad City Windows division on a 1099 basis. You will work directly with homeowners, delivering high‑quality window and remodel installations while representing the brand’s standards of professionalism and craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products, including windows, baths, and kitchens, following Mad City’s procedures.
• Apply finish work as required for each application.
• Communicate with management after each job to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete a detailed job checklist with the homeowner at project completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction.
• Demonstrated knowledge of residential baths, windows, or kitchens.
• Own an established LLC or business with workers’ compensation and liability insurance.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
