Service Technician – Solace at The Ranch

About the role

The Service Technician supports the physical upkeep of buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas at The Ranch, ensuring safety, cleanliness and functionality for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing according to policies, codes and safety standards.
• Perform the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination and final verification.
• Manage inventory of supplies, tools and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Assist with grounds and common‑area upkeep such as trash removal, pressure‑washing, general cleaning and painting of curbs and signage.

Required profile

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and be on call as needed.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart where required.

Required skills

• EPA Type 1 refrigerant certification.
• EPA Type 2 refrigerant certification.
• EPA Universal refrigerant certification.
• All state and local certifications required for service technicians.
