About the role
The Service Technician will ensure that the physical aspects of Parkway Townhomes meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This onsite role involves responding to resident requests, performing preventative maintenance, and preparing vacant units for new occupants.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Diagnose the source of defects or problems and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, and obtaining necessary supplies.
Required profile
- Experience performing technical and mechanical work in a residential or commercial property setting.
- Ability to follow established safety procedures and regulatory codes.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure buildings and common areas meet quality standards.
