Groundskeeper / Porter

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper / Porter to maintain the appearance and functionality of Kapilina Beach Homes in Ewa Beach, Hawaii. You will ensure that the community’s grounds, amenities, and common areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping all common areas tidy.
• Collect and dispose of trash from vacant apartments, transfer waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage spaces.
• Perform minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Assist with make‑ready preparations for new units, supporting the service team as needed.
• Follow a regular schedule with possible on‑call duties to address urgent issues.

Required profile

• Physical stamina to perform outdoor and manual tasks.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
