Service Technician – Madison at Marshfield

About the role

The Service Technician ensures that the physical aspects of the Madison at Marshfield property—including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas—meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing the source of defects and making repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
  • Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments by conducting pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists of required maintenance, and coordinating with vendors to complete necessary work before new move‑ins.

Required profile

  • Ability to follow established procedures and safety protocols while performing technical and mechanical tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure properties are prepared to Greystar’s quality standards.
