Service Technician – Kalaco

About the role

The Service Technician – Kalaco will perform technical and mechanical work to keep the physical aspects of Greystar properties in top condition. This role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose defects or problems, make repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and supply procurement.
• Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and follow up on any outstanding issues.

Required profile

• Ability to interpret work orders and perform hands‑on repairs across various building systems.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and property turnover processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
