Maintenance Technician – DTLA

About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures that the building, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. This on‑site role supports a stabilized community of over 600 units in downtown Los Angeles.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose the source of defects or problems.
• Execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and local code requirements.
• Respond to on‑call duties as scheduled, working Sunday through Thursday with weekends off.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience in a residential or commercial setting.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
