Service Technician – Fieldstone Student Living

About the role

The Service Technician for Fieldstone Student Living ensures that all building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This onsite position supports residents by addressing maintenance requests and preparing vacant units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose defects, and execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Conduct pre‑move‑out inspections and create punch lists for make‑ready units.
• Schedule and coordinate vendors or contractors as needed to complete maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Required profile

• Technical and mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot building systems.
• Ability to follow established policies, procedures, safety standards, and regulatory codes.
• Strong attention to detail for inspections and documentation.
• Physical capability to perform hands‑on maintenance work.
