About the role
The Service Supervisor ensures that all building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This full‑time position supports resident satisfaction by overseeing maintenance activities and coordinating make‑ready processes for vacant units.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
- Manage the make‑ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, and final quality checks.
- Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
- Inspect work performed by service team members and external contractors to ensure compliance with policies and quality expectations.
- Maintain accurate work orders and documentation using property management systems.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of maintenance supervision experience, preferably in high‑rise environments.
- Familiarity with Yardi, CRM, and Happy Property systems is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage vendors, and uphold Greystar’s service standards.
