Service Supervisor – Riveredge Terrace

About the role

The Service Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of Riveredge Terrace, a stabilized community of 414 units, are maintained to Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position oversees technical and mechanical work across the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities and respond to resident service requests.
• Manage work orders, inspections, and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Analyze maintenance data, generate reports, and track performance metrics.
• Lead and develop a maintenance team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Maintain the property’s grounds, amenities, and common areas to ensure optimal functionality.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience supervising maintenance operations in a residential property.
• Strong knowledge of work‑order management, inspection processes, and vendor coordination.
• Ability to analyze data, produce reports, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Effective staff supervision and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm, with occasional adjustments based on business needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• Experience using HappyCo for inspections and maintenance tracking.
• Familiarity with Leonardo or similar reporting systems.
