Service Supervisor – Conventional

About the role

The Service Supervisor – Conventional ensures that all interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance and functionality. This full‑time position is based in Colorado Springs and supports the day‑to‑day operations of the residential community.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders by diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and applicable building codes.
• Conduct routine upkeep of the community, including mechanical and technical systems, to maintain optimal performance.
• Lead the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments: perform pre‑move‑out inspections, generate punch‑lists, coordinate vendors and contractors, and secure necessary supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or building maintenance, including mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, inspection reports and building codes.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and vendor schedules.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
